Notice of Planned Service between Port Vila and Nadi

Subject to Government regulatory approvals, Air Vanuatu is planning to operate a commercial service between Port Vila and Nadi and we would like to invite those that may wish to travel to please register for this flight.

The flight schedule will be published once approval is granted by the relevant authorities.

Customers Travelling to Nadi
For Fijian nationals wishing to travel to Fiji, please register your interest via email with the Vanuatu Department of Foreign Affairs in Port Vila – email contact [email protected].
Customers are reminded that they must register with the Vanuatu Department of Foreign Affairs before booking with Air Vanuatu and comply with entry requirements set out by the Fijian Government.

Customers Travelling to Vila
For Ni-Vanuatu nationals wanting to travel back to Vila, please contact the Vanuatu High Commission in Suva to register your interest to travel on this flight – email [email protected].
Customers must register with the Vanuatu High Commission prior to making any bookings with Air Vanuatu.

We would like to remind all customers wishing to travel back to Vanuatu that you may incur quarantine costs on your return to Vanuatu. Please discuss this with the Vanuatu Consular team in Suva when you register.
