Pilots - DHC6

Expression of Interest

Expressions of interest are invited for the Pilot Position of the following Fleet:

  • DHC-6 – Captains and First Officer.

These positions are based at Bauerfield Airport, Port Vila, Vanuatu.

DHC-6 (TWIN OTTER) – Captain and First Officer.

Applicants must be suitably qualified and experienced for this position and meet the following criteria:

DHC6 Captain

  • Valid APTL (ICAO,EASA,FAA),
  • ELP Level 6 minimum,
  • Current Class 1 Medical,
  • Total Flight :1500,
  • Turbine PIC : 500,
  • Multi Engine : 1000,
  • Actual Instrument : 250,
  • Fully vaccinated - COVID,
  • Ability to work a 7 day roster, all shifts,

DHC6 First Officer

  • CPL or ATPL (ICAO,EASA,FAA) preferred, 
  • ELP Level 6 minimum,
  • Current Class 1 Medical,
  • Total Flight :500,
  • PIC : 250,
  • Night; 100,
  • Fully vaccinated - COVID,
  • Ability to work a 7 day roster, all shifts.

Desirable

Captain:

  • Current or past Part 125 DHC6 Flight Examiner experience;
  • 3000 hrs including at least 1000 hrs on DHC6;
  • Pilot in command:1000;
  • Recent DHC6 experience within 36 months.

First Officer:

  • Night Hour 100 Hours; NZ or CASA ATPL Subjects.
