Travel Update for International Passengers - 21 December 02.30pm

At our Air Vanuatu offices across the Pacific, we have all staff working tirelessly to ensure that our guests get to their destination as soon as possible. We understand that the changes to flight schedules are causing stress to our guests and their families, and we are doing all we can to support them.

The unscheduled maintenance that was required on the airlines one Boeing 737 that flies the New Zealand and Australia route, has meant that three days of flights now need to be re-scheduled into the busiest week of the year. Despite destination airports also being very busy, through close collaboration with these airports we have obtained additional landing times to facilitate everyone getting to their destinations. Updated schedules will be posted on our website on the travel advisories page.

We ask that you please work with our teams and again, we sincerely do apologize for inconvenience caused.

Customers requiring further assistance are to please contact their Air Vanuatu office tomorrow on the following numbers or to please email to [email protected]
