Construction and combinations

a Permitted with domestic fares within New Zealand and Vanuatu provided all conditions of such fare are complied with.

b One half of fare may be combined with any SMART or FLEXI  fare.

When combining fares as per point b above the more
restrictive reservation and ticketing conditions will apply to the
entire fare.

Changes

a.No changes may be made within 24 hours of departure. Any changes within 24 hours of departure will require a new ticket purchase.

b.Changes are permitted to the same class of travel up to 24 hours prior to departure with payment of NZD125.00 "Change Fee" per change (per passenger per one-way journey).

c.If the same class of travel is unavailable the passenger may upgrade to a higher fare with additional collection of the fare differential plus the NZD125.00 Change fee per sector. If the upgrade is to M, L, B or D class, only the upgrade portion is eligible for refund.
