Changes

Rebooking/Rerouting permitted at a charge of NZD100.00 per adult, NZD75.00
per child, NZD10.00 per infant per transaction.

No revalidation permitted, any changes require re-issue of ticket.
If the same class is not available passengers may upgrade to a higher fare type
with additional collection of fare and the applicable change fee.

Tickets must be reissued at the same time the reservation is changed.
Reissued tickets must be endorsed "non refundable.

Refunds

Fare is non-refundable.In the event of certified death/illness of the passenger/immediate family members, changes are permitted free.

When combining fares the refund conditions of each fare component will apply.

Fare cannot be held as credit for further travel.

Unless specified above, all other conditions of the applicable Air Tariff rule(s) apply.

Airline or Agent service fees not included.

Air Vanuatu reserves the right to amend and/or withdraw these levels without notice, however a  Ticketing provision of 5 working days will be extended for existing bookings held at the time notice Is given to amend/withdraw.

These fares do not include airport, insurance levies and government taxes, and where such tax is applicable, tax must be charged separate from these fare levels.
