Can a child travelling unaccompanied be booked on-line? |

A child travelling as an unaccompanied minor can not be booked on-line. Please contact our Air Vanuatu Sales Office or your Travel Agent.

How do I book domestic travel in Vanuatu? |

At present Air Vanuatu's booking engine cannot accept domestic bookings? Alternative ways to book your domestic travel is to request your Air Vanuatu Sales Consultant or Travel Agent to book your domestic flights when you make your booking with Air Vanuatu. You can also contact Air Vanuatu directly at reservation@airvanuatu.com.vu to request your domestic booking. Please advice us on your travel dates and the names of those wishing to book.

Unfortunately due to the cost involved in sending items out and the amount of request that we receive, Air Vanuatu is unable to send anything out.
We offer a number of Air Vanuatu memorabilia for sale in our Sales Office in Port Vila.

What is an electronic ticket? |

An electronic ticket is an electronic version of the traditional paper ticket. Electronic tickets can be emailed out to you and presented at check-in with your passport.

Can I purchase a one way ticket to Port Vila? |

You can only purchase a one way ticket only if you have a residency permit to reside legally in Vanuatu, hold a Vanuatu passport or have an onward ticket out of Port Vila.

How do I get my ticket if I book on-line? |
| A |
Air Vanuatu now offers electronic tickets on its flights between Sydney, Brisbane, Noumea, Nadi and Port Vila. At present if you are travelling between Port Vila and Nadi on a Tuesday (Flight Number NF40/41 code share service operated by Air Pacific) a ticket will be issued and available for collection at the check-in counter in Nadi or Port Vila. On all flights to and from Auckland your ticket will be available at the Air New Zealand Customer Service Desk in Auckland or Passenger Services Desk in Port Vila. For collection from Auckland Air Vanuatu recommends you do so 3 hours prior to your schedule departure.
