Although our domestic routes flown are less than one hour, Air Vanuatu would like to make sure that you arrive at your destination refreshed.

Below are some tips that you may like to follow when you fly with us:

  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Don’t drink excessive amounts of tea, coffee or alcohol. (These drinks act as diuretics, increasing dehydration).
  • Wear loose comfortable clothing during the flight.

    Remember regular movement will help avoid cramps and stiffness as a result of long periods of sitting.
